Q2: How do I book and will we be playing with other people?

A: Call us 07887 841306 or 01945 581358 to book and pay deposits over the phone by card or you can book online (weekend games only) and yes you will be playing with other groups unless you book a private session, private sessions require a minimum of 35 players for normal paintball.

Q3: How old do you have to be to play paintball or Airsoft?

A: 12 years or older for normal Paintball and Airsoft, 8 years up to 12 years old for low impact Warzone Blaster parties.

Q4: Can we just turn up on site and play?

A: NO, Paintball and Airsoft sites are not open 7 days a week, also we could be fully booked with no spaces left which is why you need to pre-book a specific date in advance and pay the required £10 per person deposits!

Q5: Do you do half day bookings?

A: Hardly ever, they are extremely rare and highly unpopular due to the very limited game time.

Q6: What are the start and finish times?

A: Arrive for signing in by 09:30 no later, late arrivals inconvenience other players and staff, if you arrive too late you may not be able to participate as you will have missed the signing in process and mandatory safety talk, finish time is up to you but normally most people finish between 15:00-16:30. Do not arrive late.

Q7: What should we wear?

A: Comfortable old clothing and decent and appropriate footwear, dress for the occasion and the weather, you're going to play paintball or Airsoft outdoors on a simulated battlefield environment in woodland setting so it could be wet and muddy or it could be hot and dry, you're not going to watch Kylie Minogue in concert so wear something appropriate.

#PLEASE WEAR: Boots with ankle support like walking hiking or work boots or even football or rugby boots with blades or studs.

#PLEASE DO NOT WEAR: Trainers OR flat bottomed canvas deck shoes like Vans or Converse, sandals, Crocs or flip flops, they're next to useless and even worse than trainers, use your noggin and a bit of common sense.

Q8: What happens if it raining/snowing/foggy?

A: What happens is I'll probably join in myself, both Paintball and Airsoft is played in all weather conditions and rain snow or fog enhances the realistic battlefield experience. With 33 years playing experience I personally love playing in the rain fog or snow, it's brilliant!

N.B. We do not cancel games because it might rain, might be foggy or might snow or indeed is raining is foggy or is snowing!

Q9: Can I buy extra paintballs or BBs during the day if I run out?

A: Yes, once you've purchased your chosen deal you can purchase extra paintballs or BBs if you run out plus you can buy smoke grenades or frag grenades any time during the day.

Q10: Can we bring our own paintballs?

A: No that's silly, try taking your own burger to a McDonald's and see what happens. It would be like taking your own beer to a pub.

Q11: Can we bring our own food and drink?

A: Under normal circumstances you don't need to as we provide a lunch with all the deals except half day deals or either of the 300 paintball deals. Don't bring food or drink onto site without permission as you will be asked to remove it.

Q12: What do we get for lunch?

A: Our famous freshly baked jacket potato with the options of any combination of baked beans, mild chili con carne, butter and cheese.

Q13: Do you have personal lockers on site?

A: Yes, (£5 fully refundable deposit per locker is required).

Q14: We've bought some paintball experience vouchers from ticket a vendor or shop can we use them direct with you?

A: Only if they are our own Warzone Paintball vouchers or if you purchased them through an affiliate such as Paul Wilson who also sells vouchers redeemable at Warzone Paintball and Airsoft, if it doesn't say Warzone Paintball on it then it's not one of our vouchers.

Q15: Do you accept card?

A: YES BUT PLEASE USE CASH WHEN POSSIBLE. WE ACCEPT MOST MAJOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS ON SITE BUT DUE TO A INTERMITTENT AND VERY POOR GPRS MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL CASH IS THE PREFERRED AND A MUCH FASTER METHOD OF PAYMENT
